Idda L. Swai is a lecturer and researcher in the department of Local Government Management Mzumbe University. She holds a Bachelor of Public Administration degree from Mzumbe University, a Master of Science in Urban Management and Development degree from Erasmus University of Rotterdam, the Netherlands and a PhD in Public Administration degree from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. She has 12 years of teaching experience in the areas of Local Government Management, Urban Governance, Policy and Policy analysis and Social Science Research Methods, Qualitative Data analysis, Political Science and Public Administration.
Igulu, George is a Lecturer in the Department of Local Government Management at Mzumbe University. He holds a Master in Business Administration degree and an Advanced Diploma in Local Government Administration from IDM-Mzumbe. He has more than 25 years of working experience as a trainer, researcher and consultant in the areas of public administration, management, local government administration, strategic management and organizational leadership.
Hamisi Kiyabo is a Lecturer, Researcher and Consultant at Mzumbe University, Tanzania. He holds a Master degree in Archives and Records Management from the University of Botswana. His areas of professional competence include Records and Archives Management, Public Administration, and Local Government Management.He has trained personnel in professional capacity development both for private and public sector institutions with specialty in performance management, archives and records management, and leadership skills. He has been working as an internal consultant of MzumbeUniversty in developing a long term strategic plan and operating procedures for managing the University Records, assuming the roles of team leader. He has attended various capacity building courses at local, regional and international levels so as to widen the scope of knowledge, expand intellectual horizon and networking.
Rukia is an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Local Government Management, Mzumbe University. She holds a Master in International Public Administration (IMPA) degree from Tsinghua University, China, Master of Public Administration in Local Government Management (MPA-LGM) degree from University of Botswana and a Bachelor of Public Administration-Local Government Management (BPA-LGM) degree from Mzumbe University. She is currently a PhD candidate at UIA, Norway. Her research areas of interest include Public Administration Local Government Management and Governance.
Anna is an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Local Government Management, Mzumbe University.. She holds a Master of Science in Local Government Management degree from Mzumbe University and a Bachelor of Art in Rural Development degree from Sokoine University of Agriculture. She is currently a PhD student at Fort Hare University in South Africa. Her research areas of interest includes Rural and Urban Development, Local government Management, Digital Governance in local government Authorities, Participatory Rural Appraisal, Conflict Management and Leadership.
Anosisye Kessale Mwandulusya is a lecturer in the department of Local Government Management. He has a Master of Public Policy degree from Yeungnam University, Japan and a bachelor of Public Administration in Local Government Management degree from Mzumbe University. He has a wider experience of conducting training, Consultancies and Researches in various Public and Private Institutions. His area of expertise includes Public Policy, Public Administration, Local Government Management, Governance and Leadership. He is currently pursuing a PhD degree at Sokoine University of Agriculture.
